The stage backdrop we used in 2013/2014 during the TV en Français album cycle was a behemoth — 35 x 35ft. For the album’s 10th anniversary last year, we asked Kapdaa to upcycle it into tote bags. (Kapdaa’s clients include the Royal Opera House and the National Portrait Gallery.)
The bags feature a sustainably-sourced cotton liner and straps, and a distinctive red W.A.S. tag. We believe we’re the first band to have done this in an eco-friendly, luxury way with a real stage backdrop. Bands making the same claim are liars, we bet. Limited edition of 100.
