TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

YOUTH MUSIC PRIZE DRAW

- Entries and donations are non-refundable.

- Customers may purchase multiple entries, each purchase is a new entry into the competition.

- The competition is open to everyone worldwide except anyone associated with Nectar Woode either professionally or their families. 

- Entries are limited to one prize per customer. 

- The prize winner will be chosen at random using automatic generator software. 

- Donations to the charity that are not prize draw entries will not be included.

- The competition closes at 11:59 BST on 23rd June 2026 and the winners will be contacted on 24th June 2026.

- The winner will be notified by email. If the winner does not claim their prize within 72 hours we have the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

- Each winner will receive one of the following prizes that they selected:

- The prize is as stated and no money or alternative prize will be offered.

- The winner cannot change the prize they are offered, but can decline it.

- Winners and guests must be over the age of 18. 

- To enter the draw without purchasing an entry, please send a postcard with the prize draw name, your name, address, email address and contact telephone number to: 100% Records, The Tay Building, 2a Wrentham Avenue, London, NW10 3HA, UK. Entries must be sent on a postcard or on or within an envelope. Entries received on anything other than a postcard or envelope will not be accepted. In the case of multiple entries received in a single envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the promotion. Entries sent by post must be received by the closing date and time for receipt of entries. Postal entries without correct and sufficient postage paid will be invalid and will not be considered. Personal and hand deliveries will not be accepted.

- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. 

- By entering the competition the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
