Toby Harris is the founder and Managing Director of 100%, an independent music company that combines a record label and a full-service merchandise business.

He launched 100% Records in 2008 with a clear focus on working closely with artists and releasing music with integrity. In 2018, he expanded the company with 100% Stores, recognising the vital role that merchandise and e-commerce play in connecting artists with their fans.

100% Records has released music from a diverse roster of acclaimed acts including OMD, Dexys, Skunk Anansie, We Are Scientists and Morcheeba. The label is known for delivering ambitious chart results while maintaining an independent, artist-first ethos.

100% Stores has become a trusted partner for leading artists such as Wolf Alice, Passenger, Run The Jewels, alt-J and Everything Everything. Offering production, e-commerce and fulfilment, the business creates distinctive, high-quality merchandise that reflects each artist’s identity.
